Dear Parent/Carer 

 

I am pleased to report that the year 11 students have made an excellent start to their examinations and despite the inevitable nerves the pupils’ approach, maturity and attitude has been faultless. 

 

An increasing number of subjects that students are studying have now completed their course, it is with this in mind that after half term, week commencing 5th June students will only be required to come in for their exams, after their exam students will be free to leave school site. Students must arrive for their morning exams at 8:20am and their afternoon exams at 12:30pm, in full school uniform. 

 

Outside of exam times we would anticipate that pupils will be revising hard and accessing Teams where necessary. Any pupils wishing to stay and access their lessons beyond the 5th June will be welcome to do so and our staff will be able facilitate these sessions. 

 

Please find below a revision timetable for the upcoming half term, all students are welcome to access the excellent offer.

A reminder of two key dates. 

 

Celebration day and leavers’ assembly 23rd June 

Students will be invited to come in for a leavers’ assembly followed by a celebration event which will involve food, inflatable fun, and lots of reminiscing. This event is a great celebration to mark the end of the exam period and is something we are all looking forward to.  

 

Year 11 prom – 13th July
