Year 11 Prom 

Dear Year 11 Parents/Carers,

 

Year 11 prom will take place Thursday 14th July at 7pm-11pm at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford.  

 

We would love your child to be a part of this fantastic event, where pupils will be able to celebrate the end of the journey they have been on together for the past 5 years.  

 

The subsidised cost of the prom ticket will be £15, included in the price will be; the hiring of the venue, Hot food buffet (vegetarian/halal options available), a drink, DJ and use of a photo booth.  

 

We will be offering a free £5 soft drinks voucher to those pupils who frequently attend intervention classes; I have also informed the year group that pupils will jeopardise their entitlement to be eligible for the prom if pupils display an unacceptable level of behaviour and a have a poor attendance record in the lead up to the examinations. This will be judged on a case by case basis.  

 

We requirement the full payment for the prom by Friday 20th May and can be paid through ParentPay.
