We hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to inform you about an important change regarding our school’s catering services. This change is being implemented to streamline payment processes, reduce risks associated with cash and enhance the security and efficiency of our systems.
Effective from 31st August 2025, all catering cash payment machines in school will be removed. Students will no longer be able to pay for their meals by cash in school and we will become a cashless site. Moving forward, all payments for school meals will need to be made through the ParentPay system, which allows for secure, cashless transactions and provides a convenient way for parents/carers to manage their child’s meal payments online.
Key points to note:
We understand that this change may require some adjustment and we are here to support you through this transition. If you have not yet registered for ParentPay, please do so at your earliest convenience. Instructions for registration and use of ParentPay can be found on our school website or by contacting the school office.
