A Level Philosophy and Ethics

If you enjoy asking big questions and thinking deeply about the world around you, A Level Philosophy and Ethics is the perfect subject to challenge and expand your mind. This intellectually stimulating course, offered through AQA, introduces you to the core questions that have shaped human thought for centuries such as knowledge, morality, existence, and the nature of reality.

Structured around four key themes: Epistemology, Moral Philosophy, Metaphysics of God, and Metaphysics of Mind, you’ll explore topics such as: What can we really know? Does God exist? What is the nature of consciousness? You’ll engage with influential philosophers including Descartes, Hume, Kant and others.
